Ella is a newly graduated dietitian with a passion for sustainability and a love for the outdoors, inspired by her Tassie roots. Whether it’s camping by the beach or diving into the ocean (even in Tasmania’s chilly waters!), Ella finds peace in spending time with friends and family in nature. At her family home in Tasmania, Ella enjoys spending time collecting fresh chicken eggs and cooking fun recipes with homegrown produce.
Ella’s journey has been shaped by her studies in Victoria, where she enjoyed checking out local markets and exploring new cultural cuisines. She gained appreciation for the connection between food and culture. Ella loves spending time cooking with and for the people in her life, with some of her favourite dishes including lamb gyros, sushi bowls, homemade burgers and anything vietnamese or mexican!
As a newly graduated dietitian from Monash University, with a Bachelor of Nutrition Science from the University of Tasmania, Ella focuses on a body-neutral approach to nutrition. She hopes to help you enjoy all the delicious things in life while achieving your personal health goals. She has previously worked with groups to enhance food and cooking knowledge, creating budget-friendly recipes providing strategies to reduce food waste!
