🔹 Pre-Program
Initial Consult (In Person): Each participant begins with a one-on-one session with a dietitian to review personal goals, health needs, and lifestyle factors. This ensures the program is tailored for maximum impact.
📖 Week 1: Introduction
Participants are welcomed to the program and introduced to the holistic approach to wellness. Key foundations such as sleep, hydration, habit-setting, and goal planning are explored to set the stage for lasting success.
📖 Week 2: Nutrition Requirements
This week focuses on balanced eating. Participants learn plate portioning, apply the Australian Guide to Healthy Eating (AGHE), and discover the Mediterranean diet as a model for long-term health.
📖 Week 3: Label Reading
Participants gain confidence in navigating food packaging. They learn to interpret food claims, nutrition panels, and ingredients lists, compare products, and put skills into practice during an in-person supermarket tour.
📖 Week 4: Sports Nutrition
This module highlights nutrition for performance and recovery. Topics include protein, carbohydrates, fueling exercise, hydration, and weight management, ensuring participants understand how to power an active lifestyle.
📖 Week 5: Supplements
Participants explore the world of caffeine, protein powders, vitamin/mineral supplements, and the sports nutrition aisle, learning how to make safe, evidence-based choices.
📖 Week 6: Healthy Takeaways
The final week emphasizes practical strategies for real life. Participants explore food swaps, healthier takeout options, and take time for a reflection on habits and goals to celebrate progress and set future intentions.

1 Week After Completion (In Person – 30 mins): A review appointment with a dietitian to evaluate early progress and address challenges.
3 Months After Completion (In Person – 30 mins): A follow-up appointment to reinforce habits, measure outcomes, and ensure sustainable long-term change.
