Sessions include:
• 6 x 1-hour online group Zoom sessions
• 3 x individual in-person consultations
• 1 x 1-hour supermarket tour (small groups @ Brighton Woolworths)

Activities: Habit tracking, weekly Zoom activities, dietitian-created resources, and home reflections

Measurements: Weight and body measurements taken confidentially at the start and end (optional)
