Who We Support

Our nutrition programs are available to all NDIS participants as well as the broader community. Whether you’re self-managed, plan-managed, or seeking support for Type 2 Diabetes through Medicare, we tailor our services to meet your individual needs and goals.

Our Programs

6 Week Nutrition Challenge Program

Ready to take control of your health? Join our 6-week program to improve weight management, general health, or sports nutrition with guidance from our Accredited Sports Dietitian, Courtney.
Sessions include:
• 6 x 1-hour online group Zoom sessions
• 2 x 1-hour individual in-person consultations
• 1 x 1-hour supermarket tour (small groups, locations include Brighton, Blackwood, Reynella)

Activities: Habit tracking, weekly Zoom activities, dietitian-created resources, and home reflections

Measurements: Weight and body measurements taken confidentially at the start and end (optional)

Build practical skills and confidence to create healthy habits that last.

Type 2 Diabetes Dietitian Group Sessions

Managing Type 2 Diabetes? Our supportive group sessions help you balance your meals, manage blood sugar, and enjoy the foods you love, without crazy diets or cutting out carbs.
Details:
• 8 weekly group sessions (1 hour each)
• Location: Medical One Morphett Vale
• Time: Wednesdays, 4–5pm
• Cost: Bulk Billed with GP referral (Item 81125); $20 per session privately

Included: Resource folder, weekly nutrition handouts, tea and coffee, supportive group environment

Topics Covered: Carbohydrate management, portion sizes, label reading, meal planning, dining out, and more

All you need is a referral from your GP to join this Medicare-covered program.
